When the core/coil assembly is still hot from the baking oven, we seal the transformer
in the vacuum chamber. The vacuum then removes all moisture and air trapped inside the
insulation and windings. We then fill it with new oil, completely submerging the core and coil assembly
while still under vacuum. This is a very crucial step in the remanufacturing process,
particularly for large and higher voltage transformers.
